Crystal Margaret "Christie" Hope is the youngest member of her noble family. While her parents are abroad in India, Christie is expected to keep up with her education in England. But instead of rigid studying, Christie prefers to spend time with her companions: maids Annmarie Hopkins and Nora, her dog Nelson, and governess Grace Amelia Dunbar.
